Alcohol can come from anywhere, but the most popular present in wine, beer or other liquor. There are 10 reasons why you should avoid alcoholic beverages.
Alcoholic beverages may indeed good for health such as warming your body during the temperature is cold. But a lot of things happen due to the excess alcohol consumption which make you lose it's benefits.
No matter how old a person, alcohol can cause a serious impact on his health and himself.

1. Addiction
Addiction is one of the most visible effect if someone is using alcohol for the long term. This means that a person should drink more before they get drunk or just to be able to feel more relaxed.
2. Withdrawal
A person will experience withdrawal symptoms when trying to stop drinking suddenly or when you wake up in the next day. These symptoms include anxiety, nausea, vomiting, irritability, loss of appetite and feeling shaky.
3. Liver Problem
According to the University of Maryland Medical Center, the use of alcohol can cause chronic liver disease, such as fatty liver (more than 90 percent alcohol user), as well as alcoholic hepatitis and alcoholic cirrhosis which can lead to liver failure.
4. Traffic Accident
Alcohol will affect a person's ability to drive and slow down the thinking process. The combined of these conditions cause someone had an accident after drinking alcohol.
5. Dangerous Behaviour
Alcohol can reduce the ability of a person's natural inhibition, so that people who get drunk often do dangerous things without realizing it, such as having sex without using condoms or crossing the road carelessly.
6. Negative Effect to a Relationship
Consuming alcohol does not only affect ourselves, but also the people around us. Domestic violence often occurs in people who abuse alcohol, and children may suffer long-term trauma due to their parents' drinking habits.
7. Depression
The short-term effect of alcohol can provide relaxation, but alcohol can unwittingly contribute to the development of depression. About 40 percent of heavy drinkers showed signs of depression.
8. Job Lost
The more often a person drinks alcohol, the more diminished their thought about the responsibility they have at their job. This lowers the productivity of work and will lead to unemployment.
9. Trigger Legal Matters
Consuming alcohol can lead to legal problems, such as arresment due to disorderly conduct or driving under the influence of alcohol.
10. Ignore Self-Hygiene
Someone who consumed alcohol over time will ignore their self-hygiene, such as wearing the same clothes over and over again, rarely bathe or forget to brush the teeth. Because what is in their minds are just alcohol and stop thinking about other things.
